So it turns out there really aren’t women or musicians in the Bayeux Tapestry (there are three!) —it mostly just depicts people becoming King and killing each other. Between was thinking of the Bayeux Tapestry-inspired artwork from the opening credits of Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
